Ii primarily purchased this call for predator hunting. I am now using the call on antelope, elk and deer hunts. The response I’m getting from all of the animals is “worth writing home about.”

I’ve called Read more about review stating Long overdue review…..in predators in both daytime and night conditions. The cow elk all in my opinion produces an incredible sound that gets results. I had an experience this past September on an archery antelope hunt that I will never forget. I experienced first hand what this call can do to an antelope in the rut. If you put in a little time you can produce the sounds very well, then it’s just a matter of getting out there and calling with confidence. The call “is not a magic whistle” but it can make magical things happen. It’s very handy in stopping animals to buy time to look at them, get them to turn their head. This December I used it to herd cattle down a fence line when a rancher had a break in his fence and got all the cattle to a safe spot on his property by the time he arrived.
I can make other sounds such as the quail call but haven’t hunted it but I can say a lot end up on my property when I practice.
If you hunt any of the animals listed that this call does, I would say it’s well worth it. If you hunt more than one animal on the list, you really should consider adding this to your gear you cary. Product support is excellent and performance is great. I used it this past weekend on a bear hunt, I sounded a locator howl of a coyote early one morning and when the groups of coyotes settled down my buddy whispered to me, “you’ve really gotten good at that.” I didn’t explain that I hadn’t produced a coyote sound in months, I just committed to the call and called with confidence! 5 stars all day and night long.
